1500 bottles per year.
Grapes from three vineyards. It ripens in barrels, half new, half old. At least three years in the bottle, reaching maturity only after five years and more. Unlike any chardonnay you will have tasted.
Alcohol : 15%
Color: straw yellow
Smell: buttery with a hint of smoke, dried figs and floral honeys
Taste: it is a bit similar to the well-known Californian Chardonnays, only that it is much more mineral (salty).
Dishes: excellent with grilled dishes (white meat and fatty fish), and aged cheeses.
