Rebula (Ribolla) macerated for 6 months. the wine is amber coloured in the glass. The bouquet is intense and wide, of ripe apricots, peaches, pears, and melons, with a hint of lemon as well. Sweet spices, especially cloves, and a bit of a savoury note are noticable too. In the mouth the wine is warm, fruity, slightly tannic, and pleasantly fresh.
