3000 bottles per year.
All macerated: rebula 2019, pinot gris 2019, chardonnay 2018 and 2019 wine without added sulfur before bottling and of course unfiltered like other wines.
Color: amber, copper (in Italy Rammato)
Smell: A mixed bouquet with different notes each time because the wines have not yet been incorporated with each other - each wine pulls to its side ..a slight sense of volatile acids
Taste: tannic, dry wine, real sorbet.
Food: not sure yet.
Alcohol: 14.5%
