Chardonnay 2017

Chardonnay is a cosmopolitan to whom we have managed to imprint our stamp with a low load of vines. It is distinguished by a rich bouquet with outstanding notes of ripe fruits and herbs, summer meadow flowers and spices. This wine is considered to be a noble product of the sparse land of Brda and the mild climate, which was otherwise above average rich in sunny days this year.
Such chardonnay goes well with seafood, mushroom dishes, more fatty fish, roasted liver, younger sheep and more mature cow's cheese, stews with legumes.
