Orange Selection

All grape juice is transparent, red wines get their colour from the maceration of the red grape skins with the juice (leaving the skins with the juice). Orange wine is simply the same process with white grapes. The skins don't just add colour, however, they also add tannins, flavour and complexity to the wines. We love orange wines, they are a wonderful choice if you prefer the richness of red but would prefer to avoid the heavyness.
