Veliko Sauvignon - Gredič 2019

A wine with clear, extractive golden-yellow colour and dense texture.

Intense and fine scents evoke mint, tea tree, chamomile, followed by dried apple and papaya slices, bergamot, sweet root, cedar and white pepper corns.

The wine is dry, soft and fairly warm. At the same time, it refreshes us leaving a pleasant mineral signature. Freshness and minerality predominate, which indicates its youthful, but at the same time determined character. The wine is intense and long-lasting, leaving a slightly spicy aftertaste. Its expressed elegance reflects in the fullness of his body.

Due to its attributes, it will go well with sushi, shrimp or au gratin mussels. Try it with blue fish as well.
